KIDS (AGES 3-5)
Our Exploring Toddlers division exposes children to creativity, movement, and music through dancing and imagination. Students are empowered to strengthen their self-confidence and self-love while learning Bollywood, HipHop, Jazz & Latin technique and choreography to prepare for our annual spring recital on stage.
YOUTH + TEENS (AGES 7-17)
Students advance their skills as an ‘All Around Dancer’ so they can make an informed decision on which form(s) of dance they would like to specialize in.
These classes include mindful techniques such as affirmations, goal-setting, meditation & visualization.
ADULT LADIES (AGES 18+)
This unique class program consists of 15-30 minutes of non-stop dancing (Bollywood cardio) and 30 minutes of technical dance choreography.
The best part? No previous knowledge of dance or music is required! Just come and have fun!
Our dance curriculum teaches four of America's trendiest dance styles: Bollywood, Hip-Hop, Jazz/Lyrical, and Latin by focusing on each dance style every 6-8 weeks.
