Over the past 22 years, I’ve managed to transform my life choices from "meeting expectations and checking off checklists" to "honoring my soul & serving my community".  It all started when I decided to live my days more consciously. Since then, I’ve read more self-improvement books and used more journals than I can count.

I feel each of our experiences are beautifully unique and it is our responsibility to share it with the world, whether it be through a hug or advice or through our careers. This belief helped me decide to compile all the stuff I’ve learned from all of my favorite books and journals & share them with you by creating a Dance Goals Journal.

My purpose is simple and singular...
to help fellow dancers experience their art more consciously and holistically.

Dance Journal


A daily dance journal for all ages based on scientific methods that promote a positive mindset, nurture healthy habits such as gratitude, positive self-talk and more.  How we start our dance days determines how we spend our days. And each day determines our future. This journal focuses on setting clear intentions with a positive, focused mindset at the start f each day  and then reflecting on your emotions and actions at the end. The pages will guide you to form great habits through the power of visualization, intentions, idea journaling, gratitude, self-awareness questions, dance-focused exercise & inspired actions. By setting your 3-month and 6-month dance-goals as well as your overall life-goals, you may celebrate your achievements and highlight new opportunities for the upcoming months, not only as a dancer but also as an all-around, well-rounded person. Achieve self-mastery and reach your goals by consciously creating your dance days.


This is a book of poems inspired by Dr. Seuss’ book Horton Hears a Who and Bradberry’s Emotional Intelligence 2.0. It is a lovely and fun read for children and adults of all ages to stay connected to our emotions and purpose.
