As nature readies itself for harvest and rest, why do we seem to be doing the opposite?
Home starts to feel like a touchpoint to change clothes or grab a quick bite, rather than the restful nest that animals all over the world are now preparing.
In harmony with nature, I hope October has given you a chance to slow down and find rest. If not, I hope you carve out time to rest—even if just briefly and, most importantly, unapologetically. Heads Up! This may require you to say NO more often than societal pressures may have trained you to.
